Delivery
We pride ourselves on delivering quality. We undertand the pain it can be when you are looking to buy a new item to add to your sealed collection and it gets sent to you with medioca packaging and ends up getting dented or even wripped in transit. For this reason we have decided to offer premium packaging with every order as standard to unsure the item(s) arrive with you in the same condiotion it left us and you can add it to your sealed collection free of transport imperfections.
UK service
Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 48 and will be free for orders over £30. Please allow 2-5 working days after getting your dispatch notice for your item. If after 5 working you still have not recieved your item then please get in touch with us on sales@pokastore.com or give us a call on 07469812194 and we will look into it for you and send a replacement if we can't locate it. If orders are put in seperatly but to the same address on the same day they will more than likely be shipped together so if there is a reason you might want them shipped seperatly please get in contact with your order number and we will look into this for you.
International Shipping
We also ship world wide so if there does happen to be a product you cant get hold of in your own country but we are stocking then we will be more than happy to get that to you. We charge a flat rate of £19.99 shipping anywhere outside of the UK. Please be aware you may have customs charges to get the item delivered and it will be the customers responsabilty to look into this and pay any fees their country might charge for imports.
Combining Ebay shipping with our Store Shipping
If you have bought any of our cards/products on ebay and would like to combine the shipping with an order on here that is totally fine. Please get in contact and make us aware you have an order on both platforms and we will make sure to ship them together and refund any overpaid shipping that may have occured.

When should I expect my order?
Our standard service is Royal Mail 48 which is a 2nd class service and can take up to 5 working days. You can upgrade delivery at checkout.
My order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived please get in contact with us and we will investigate the issue for you.
My order has arrived damaged
If your order has arrived damaged then please take photos of the damage and send an email to sales@pokastore.com and our team will organise a return label and a replacement if stock allows.
What is preimum packaging
Our premium packing as standard offers what most stores don’t. Instead of a basic layer of protection to get the item to you as cheaply as possible we pack every order with additional protection. So if you are looking for items to keep sealed and want them to be kept as close to mint condition as possible then look know further, we are the store for you!
Why are some of your products above RRP
We always try to stay as close to RRP as possible and for most products we will be there or lower. There are certain times when we may be higher than RRP.
These items will usually be older items that we have bought from fellow collecors and given them a fair price for the current market but this will then mean we need to price that item at market price rather than RRP.
Can I return an item?
Yes we do offer a no question 14 day return policy. Just get in contact with us and as long as the item is still sealed we will accept the return.
I have an order with you on ebay, can I combine my shipping?
Yes! If you have an order with us on ebay for some cards and would also like to buy some sealed prduct at the same time we can combine the shipping and refund the overpayment to your orginial payment method.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes we offer Royal Mail 24 which is 1-2 buisness days.
Do you offer discount codes?
We do you occationally offer discount codes and these are always given out to our email subscribers so get subscribed!
Do you buy Pokemon Cards?
Yes we will buy everything from bulk to entrie childhood collections. We can offer both cash or credit which ever is prefered. Please get in contact and we can discuss what you have to sell and give you a quote.
